It's a much darker blue than depicted but still very nice. It doesn't feel as much like real leather as my other Moroccan pouf but it was much cheaper. I was surprised that it came already filled, I'm going to remove it and fill it with old clothes because it's so light right now that my dog thinks it's his new toy and won't leave it alone! Icky. I am airing out today to see if it helps- maybe using an oil on it would also aid the stench. However, after stuffing it (not even the to brim full) it already got a big hole next to the zipper, which I imagine will continue to get bigger. I never write reviews but my experience was so bad hopefully I can save someone else from throwing their money away! I purchased a pouf and it came several weeks later. The SMELL is HORRIBLE! We tried everything, airing it out baking soda nothing worked it smells like dead cow and chemicals. On top of that the zipper was faulty and literally fell off the first time we tried to zip it up. I bought this for my babies nursery the smell was so horrible it gave us headaches. I tried to file a return It took them months to get back to me and they would not return it. Do yourself a favor do not by from this seller! save your money!!!Only gave it 3 stars because of the slow shipping. Very beautiful exactly as pictured.
